Quality Management & Certification

AS9100D-Compliant Quality System

We operate under a quality management system aligned with AS9100D — the aerospace industry's definitive quality standard, built on ISO 9001:2015 with 105 additional requirements specific to aviation, space. These include:

  • Risk management across the entire production chain-

  • Configuration control for drawings, models, work instructions, and CNC programs — every revision is tracked, validated, and approved-

  • Counterfeit part prevention protocols-

  • Supplier audits and flow-down controls-

  • Full material lot traceability with Mill Test Reports (MTRs) linked to each batch-

Precision Machining Capabilities

Multi-Axis CNC Machining

Our capabilities include 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis CNC milling, as well as CNC turning and mill‑turn operations. This enables us to produce complex aerospace geometries — including turbine blade airfoil profiles, structural brackets, engine housings, and hydraulic fittings.

Tight Tolerances

Aerospace demands precision that exceeds general industrial standards:

  • Structural brackets and housings: ±0.005" (0.127 mm)-

  • Bearing bores and critical mating surfaces: ±0.001" (0.025 mm)-

  • Engine components and turbine blades: ±0.0002" – ±0.0005" (0.005–0.012 mm)-

  • High-precision aerospace parts: ±0.002 mm achievable on advanced equipment-

Statistical Process Control — We validate our capability to hold these tolerances with Cpk ≥ 1.33 minimum, and for critical characteristics, Cpk ≥ 1.67.

Surface Finishes

We achieve surface finishes as fine as Ra 0.2 µm on critical surfaces, with comprehensive finishing options including:

  • Anodizing (Type II and Type III hard coat)

  • Chemical conversion coating (chem film / chromate)

  • Passivation for stainless steel

  • Plating (silver, gold, nickel, cadmium)

  • Painting and powder coating

  • Laser marking for permanent identification

Quality Assurance & Documentation

First Article Inspection (FAI)

Every aerospace project begins with a full AS9102-compliant First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) . This includes:

  • Ballooned drawings with every dimension numbered and measured-

  • Characteristic accountability — each critical-to-quality feature is identified and verified-

  • Material certification with EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates-

  • Process verification confirming all manufacturing parameters meet specifications

In-Process & Final Inspection

  • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection on every critical dimension-

  • Optical comparators for profile verification

  • Surface profilometers for finish verification

  • 100% inspection of critical-to-quality features-

Why Trust Us

Proven Quality Foundation

Our partner facilities operate under quality systems that meet AS9100D requirements, with documented processes for configuration control, risk management, and counterfeit prevention. Every aerospace project is managed with the discipline this industry demands.

Engineering Partnership

We don't just machine parts — we partner with your engineering team. Our DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback helps optimize designs for aerospace-grade manufacturability, reducing cost and lead time without compromising performance.

Documentation Excellence

We understand that in aerospace, paperwork is as important as the part. Our documentation packages are complete, compliant, and audit-ready — from material certs to FAI reports to final inspection records.

Supply Chain Reliability

With real-time production tracking, flexible capacity, and on-time delivery guarantees, we keep your supply chain moving. We build buffer time into every schedule to ensure no delays reach your production line.
